Comments: Ahhh, the memories! I grew up in Ipswich, Massachusetts, and have very fond memories of Sacred Heart's Polish picnics. We lived very close to the church and could hear the music of Happy Louie from our house! My dad loved your music. He would tune in a Salem Massachusetts Polka station on the radio every Sunday and turn the volume up! The memory of Mom cooking Sunday dinner and Dad singing along in Polish and trying to get us four daughters to polka dance with him. Thank you for bringing so much happiness not only to our family but to our entire community in Ipswich. How I miss those Polish Picnics!

Comments: Every August I attend an annual, 3-day Polka event at a church in Erie, PA. Bands play all day - and it's great, but it always reminds of the good ol' days when you played in Erie during the 4th of July weekend (that's what prompts me to write). I was a young girl at the time when you performed here and it brings back such good memories. Also, my parents and I traveled to Youngstown, OH during the summer just to see you. Hope all is well with you and your family. God Bless You!

Comments: We grew up with your music. I think while other kids were learning how to play sports or other dances, we were doing the polka to your music around our pool. I still remember most of the songs. Thank you.
